The most common issue with logging in, is an invalid username and/or password. However we cover a few different possibilities here.

Problem: "I just signed up and paid, but now my username will not work and it says it cannot find my e-mail address."

This is usually due to an issue during your sign up process. Perhaps you closed the browser after the payment was accepted, or clicked on another link, other than the Finish Sign-Up link. If something happened right after you made your payment, then you will need to contact us, so we can manually create your account.

Problem: "I keep getting an invalid username and password error."

Check to make sure there are no extras spaces and you are using the correct case. So you will want to make sure your CAPS lock is not on. The best thing to do in this case is to Request your Password by e-mail. If this does not work, please contact us.

Problem: "I keep getting an error that my session expired everytime I try to login."

In order to login to your website admin you need to have Cookies enabled in your web browser.

If you are getting an error about your session being expired or invalid when you try to login to the admin then it may be because your cookies are disabled or you are using Internet Security or Firewall software which is blocking cookies from our website.

If that does not work, try disabling your security software to see if it resolves the issue. If so, refer to your security software help file to find out how to add our website as a “trusted” website.

Problem: "I keep getting a Oooops! error telling me I used an invalid character..."

This is usually due to using illegal characters or very long usernames and passwords, which would cause this error. If you get this error, please contact us, so we can manually re-create your account or modify your login information.
