That's it! If you want to sell or rent your property on your own, yet want to increase exposure, choose one of the Flat Fee MLS listing packages here and the features you would like, upload your information and photos, and your listing will be uploaded to the MLS and Realtor.com in 24 hours, and syndicated to major websites (syndication not included on the Free Listing or Basic Package). If you purchase the Select or Premium packages a professional yard sign will be prepared and shipped to you (please allow 10-14 days for printing and shipping). Your contact information will be on the MLS listing and the yard sign, so interested parties will contact you directly, since this is still considered a "For Sale By Owner."
You also have access to a easy-to-use Control Panel where you can create flyers and ads to help you promote your home, in addition to access to contract forms and documents. You will show the property and move on to closing once you accept an offer. If a buyer has an agent, then you will pay a pre-determined commission at closing. If a buyer has no agent, then you pay no commissions!
