Poinciana

Poinciana is a census-designated place (CDP) in Osceola and Polk counties in Florida. It lies southwest of Kissimmee and about 37 miles south of Orlando, with a population of 68,555 as of January 2007.

Located on approximately 47,000 acres (190 km²), Poinciana is a deed-restricted community, which means that it is governed by a homeowners' association (HOA).

It is a master-planned community, with a landscape of diverse villages and lifestyles - from active adults to families with children, offeriing a variety of amenities for the whole family, including golf, fishing, boating, shopping, dining, playgrounds and much more.
