Poinciana is a census-designated place (CDP) in Osceola and Polk counties in Florida. It lies southwest of Kissimmee and about 37 miles south of Orlando, with a population of 68,555 as of January 2007.
Located on approximately 47,000 acres (190 km²), Poinciana is a deed-restricted community, which means that it is governed by a homeowners' association (HOA).
