Winter Springs

Once known as the village of North Orlando, Winter Springs is located next to Oviedo in Seminole County, just 8 miles northeast of Orlando, with a population of about 34,621. It adopted its city charter in 1972, after Tuscawilla became an established luxury golf community, the first in Seminole County.

Winter Springs is located on an excellent public school district. It continues to thrive with new businesses and residential communities, as the city continues to grow anexing to nearby areas.

A new Town Center has also been developed. Winter Springs is truly an up-and-coming neighborhood.
